'' For performance and/or prevention of absenteeism for psychological reasons and/or the recovery from excessive stress, illness or aging. ''

Five assessments are combined to establish an objective profile of the person. A personalized plan for improving brain performance and stress resistance is developed. The profile and improvement plan are presented by an expert during a discussion.

The five assessments include: 1) an electroencephalogram (EEGq), 2) a neurophysiological stress test, 3) a measurement of electrophotonic energy emission (GDV), 4) questionnaires and 5) an interview with an expert.

Quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG)

Measures of brain activity and production of a 3-step improvement program:

    1. After recording the activity of your brain using sophisticated technologies, the software LORETA and Neuroguide allow you to draw an image of how efficient your brain is, in 3700 brain areas. A written evaluation of the effectiveness of your brain’s main electrical circuits is produced, such as the circuits of attention, mood control, anxiety, impulses, introspection, perspective, working memory, organization and planning, etc.
    2. The possibilities for improvement of these brain circuits are then defined: which participating regions of the circuit deviate from their optimal state, which frequency bands (delta, theta, alpha, beta and high beta) are too low or in excess, and which regions of the brain communicate poorly with each other.
    3. A written, personalized and confidential action plan outlines the most effective approaches to take in order to help your brain develop higher efficiency and performance. Depending on your specific needs, proposed neuroperformance strategies can include: interventions that aim to modify the thought patterns, behaviors and attitudes, better control of biological parameters (respiratory rhythm, posture, muscle tension ...), physical exercises, improvements in sleep, nutritional changes, visualization and meditation practices, the use of lights and lasers, musics and sounds, supplements, health talks with your doctor, biofeedback and neurofeedback training to be done with specialists, eye movement integration (EMI) or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) interventions to deal with past trauma, hypnosis to alter unconscious reactions or behaviors, etc.
